At age eight, He encountered a book containing a picture of Shrimad Rajchandraji. Upon beholding the image, He recalled past associations from previous lifetimes and recognised Shrimadji as His Sadguru. He slipped into a trance for three continuous days and attained a high spiritual state.

His divinity could barely stay hidden. His words, His actions, His silence. Everything had a profundity that was felt by those around Him.

On Akhatrij in 1983, after completing His 10th standard examination, He formally renounced social and professional life, embracing lifelong celibacy.

Engaged in study and meditation, He took retreats to Idar, Mt. Abu, and Dumas, delving into Indian philosophy, Jain scriptures, Sanskrit, logic, yoga, and classical music.

Acing a five-year Bachelor’s degree in three months was easy. A gold medal in M.A. (Philosophy) from the University of Mumbai was easy. But completing His Ph.D. thesis on Shri Atmasiddhi Shastra (Shrimad Rajchandraji’s magnum opus) was a challenge. Not because it was tough, but because He couldn’t find an end to the depths of the scripture.

As He offered the doctorate at the Lotus Feet of His Master,
He confessed,
“I have stopped, not finished.”
He has not used the title since.
